Numerous calls every day now. The calls have gone from roughly 1 a month to multiple calls a day. Despite blocking them on my phone, they use a different number every time. Now it s Silvershine Services and last month it was Smile Cloud services. Received automated voice message at 11:18 saying that there was a text message from 00000000000 (give or take a 0) and to press 1 to hear the message. I was suspicious and did nothing. Reading other messages here I believe that I have made the correct choice.

Indian sounding guy, Sam , told me he was from BT and that my internet was downloading viruses, I played along with him for a bit, he asked me how many lights were flashing on my router, I said 57... he asked me what colour they were, I said purple, but I might be wrong as I m colourblind! I could tell he was getting narked by this (as he thought he was on to a good one initially), I then told him he should be ashamed of himself, and that he was a class A, 5 star C*NT!
