Answered call on my landline to hear recorded message allegedly forwarded from BT to say that my broadband and telephone line are to be disconnected. I was invited to chose options for further information, which I have not done. As my bills are paid in advance and are up to date I have ignored this. I believe this to be malicious SPAM.

This number called this morning so called from BT Openreach advising my broadband is reported to being slow. Scam, bogus caller. Caller was of ethnic origin.

SCAM/HMRC: You get a rather scary recorded message saying this call is from HMRC and if you don't press one then a warrant will be issued immediately. I disconnected the call as soon as I heard that.
Keep getting calls from this number 3 in the last hour. Silence then an automated voice says "Goodbye"

SCAM - pre recorded message advising your internet is about to be disconnected due to illegal activity and to press 1 to speak with ‘an agent’. Advise hang up and block but they also use different numbers by the look of it........

One of those you have had an road traffic accident that is not your fault. I asked were they got my details and they said "road accidents and safety statistics", I then said "surely that data is anonymised", at they she said OK and put the phone down.

loads and loads of unwanted and unwelcome calls from an accident claims company, who know nothing about my so called accident. Where did they get my number???? Asked them to discontinue calling me, totally ignored this request. A bunch of totally ignorant foreign sounding cold callers who are totally irritating, and will not take no for an answer
I ordered something from Argos website a few weeks ago while doing something else at the same time, and neglected to reverse the default status on the "let us sell your number to everyone" tick box. Now I m getting 2-3 calls a day from this number. My own silly fault for swimming with sharks.

I asked why they hadn't gone through the normal security checks and they said they could confirm my internet line which any competent scammer can do and is not the usual security check I told them I would just change my password and they said it would not stop the problem :) so I said if they were genuine they should send me a letter

SCAM/SPAM. I was called on the 26/08/20 by this number. The caller said they were from SKY (my TV, telephone and broadband provider).
