Amy claimed be be from a domestic appliance insurance company and wanted me to renew my policy with them. I've never had such a policy for any of my domestic appliances. I suggested to Amy that she might consider earning an honest living instead of makingthese spam phone calls to innocent people. She she didn't understand me and hung up.

SCAM - nuisance calls from India looking like they're coming from Leeds. TPS can't stop them so all you can do is block them. Called well before 8am so you just know it's going to be a scam call.
Get constant calls from various numbers asking for "the business owner", unfortunately our number was used by a business about 10 years ago and occasionally appears in searches however that business closed down so they are obviously using old lists, but despite repeated attempts to get them to stop calling us and telling them there is no business at this address and they are ignoring our requests. Always an Asian, usually male, voice.

Red Hawk Insurance on 01792735123. I missed call and 2nd one answered abour outstanding PPI from Welsh sounding male. Told him I was not interested and he asked if I had any outstanding PPI, which I informed him that my personal details were none of his business. He then informed me there would be another call if I did not answer his questions, of which I informed him that this would be considered harassment. Welsh male then said that sound like a horrible person. I thanked him.

Asked him where he got details - said from database but could not say what. Told him should at the minimum his company should be vetting against telephone preference service. Asked him to remove our details from his database to comply with current GDPR rules. Kept him talking for a good 10 minutes to stop him harassing others during that time

I got called by this number at 18:07. The line was silent and when I hung up it called again. A quick search suggested it was Barclays Bank. An odd time of day for a bank to call! I contacted Barclays via their app for a live text chat. The operator assured me it was a Barclays number and not a scam.
