Called saying from postcode lottery. Knew my name but then hung up. Sounded like she was dealing with lots of calls at the same time and had to cut one or more off.

These people just called me and are very rude on the phone, also very dismissive when you ask nicely for them to not call you again - this is incredibly frustrating

I got a phone call from this number, as I did the 1471 to hear the number back. The man said his name was John and wanted to speak to my brother. He new his name and said he owed money and they wished to speak to him. My mother answered the call but wouldn t give up any details, but she kept asking them questions about who they were and why they were ringing. DO NOT GIVE ANY INFORMATION AWAY!! DO NOT ANSWER THEIR QUESTIONS!

Called from a local claiming to be calling from the UK but was from an international call centre when I asked what city they were based in, they hung up.

Had a bunch of missed calls from this number. When I finally managed to answer, the person on the other line just said "Goodbye" and the call got disconnected. Come to think of it, it sounded more like a robo-voice than an actual human being. Probably was some computer-generated call. I just wonder what they were trying to accomplish with it?!

I rang back the number back, it went to voicemail "Jason here, can t come to the phone blah blah. . . leave a message . I did not leave a message but rang back again & a woman answered Hi this is Andrea from Play Lottery how can I help you . I checked all the contact numbers on the Lottery website & this isn t one of them!! Does anyone know what authority to report this obvious fraudulent number to?

Called to say that my computer infected

I am listing this number as harrassment (likely scam) because I had 5 withheld calls after midnight which I subsequently blocked - followed immediately by this number which is now also blocked. I m guessing origin is overseas as UK callers would know not to call after midnight!

If you sign up for a Microsoft Azure account, you receive a sales call from this number. However, the origin of the call appears to be India not London. (Nothing sinister, just a polite sales call.)

I answered today and said the same thing - so checked what information they had on my address etc, and have the correct address, have asked for the information, and will check it out when I receive it. I asked where they had obtained my information from and he said from an online form I had completed, and as I have recently, this would seem feasible, as the databases are available to purchase in the telemarketing world. When I receive the information, I will then check to see if the company that is sending
