Some with a thick scandanavian accent called, something about a loft insulation survey to do with Health & Safety. He was very persistent and after 4/5 times of telling him that I wasn't interested and that Health & Safety was part of my job, he hung up!

Had a call saying they had been passed my file about a traffic accident I d had in the last two years. I said "ok". He said "is that right?". I said "you tell me mate. It just sounds like you re fishing". The guy must have known I was on to him. He laughed and hung on me.

Fraud. Automated Female recording about a visa txn - asking to enter a number to respond to questions. Believe it to be a scam as they did not identify me or give appropriate details about my account before they went into their 'rant'. This is not the first time they have called (2 other have been received around same time each day (9:15am to 9:30am) so some automated call scheduler is involved.
Had 2 calls in 2 days from these cnuts. I answered and it cut-off immediately. Now on my blocklist. Wish they d all die and make the world a better place.

2 weeks ago I answered and a lady with very little knowledge in englsih talked to me. She could not say the company name or anything. I told her to delete my cell phone number completely and said I wasn t interested at all in anything she could say. Despite this that number has called me in average 2-3 times a day... for 2 weeks.. As there is no company name to be told - I suspect they re nothing but hackers.. But can t say for sure.

Alleged NHS phone number for the immunisation management service. Spoke to a woman. Then I realised after having put the phone down that there is no way to check that I was actually speaking to a member of staff of the NHS. Too late! Scam from asian sounding male suposedly working for Virgin Media and claiming that my router was faulty. After getting me to jump through some hoops, told me that I would be getting a new router and £204.56 in compensation. That when I realised it was a scam and they needed my account details which they did not get.
UK (not sure why it comes up as Hanoi on here!) - Worldwide scam phonecall from DHL in the UK spoofing the actual DHL customer service number so it looks/sounds legit, automated Chinese voice asking you to press 9 to speak to someone regarding a parcel, then repeats the message in Chinese. SCAM, Automated call purporting to be from Amazon about activity on my account a transaction of £700 charged to my card, press 1 to talk to operator. Good luck with that one. No card on account. So obvious SCAM.
This is a market research company called GSKNOP. I had daily hang up calls from them then eventually spoke to a human who wanted to do a 20 min financial questionnaire but gave me the Market Research Society phone number so I said if they didn t take my name/number off their data base that I d report them to the MRS. I haven t heard from them since.
Number unknown, which I usually ignore but as I m waiting for an overnight package I wondered if it was them calling re delivery, so I answered. It was a female caller with (what sounded like) a Chinese accent. She said she was calling on behalf of Telephone Preference Service. I didn t believe it and hung up - but they have rung another twice since then (4 hours ago.)

Second call received from John at computer maintenance. First time when I told him that there wasn t a computer at this number he hung up, hoped this would deter further calls. But following day different time he phoned again told him that still didn t have computer and wanted to be taken off their database at which point he hung up. Waiting to see if they ring again.
Fraud. Called to say there was a fraudulent overseas transaction on my debit card. I asked which bank my card was with and they said Lloyds - I don't have a Lloyds account. He then hung up.
