Fraud This number messaged me. Asking for money nearly £2000 pretending to be my daughter. Luckily I knew something was wrong as she would not ask me for that kind of money.. Please be aware of this number.

This is the 3rd different number used by the same scammers. Unusual card transaction £300 & £1000. Odd they never tell whose card or what card and always sane amount. Need to be gulible to get conned by these numpties. If in doubt call the number on the back of your card. Never react to their suggestions. Dont be fooled.

An Asian voice, poor English spoken, said they were from Open Reach, and needed to check my modem. They made a give-away mistake as they got my internet provider wrong. This is the third call over the last 10 days, saying the same thing. But I didn't make a note of the number until the third time they called, which was today at 4.30 pm.

This is another number used by "Alex from the Solar Centre" It is a SCAM, bot ! A cleverly set up bot that can make some sensible replies to my enquiries. e.g. Q Are you working from home? A < a standard response> Please can you repeat that. But then went back to the same old preamble about 4 free home installations in the Dorset area, which it had said 3 times this week already .Each time I block the number, it pops up from an other one!

They said their engineer was working on the line and detected an extra IP address registered at my location. Now BT customer services never ring outbound on a mobile, plus IP addresses are allotted by the router and not by the user. If this is as others say ..Everest. that company went bust in 2019 and is now called everest 2020. They still owe or Chapel more than 4k deposit back. I have had this number blocked since last year because it kept ringing and there was nothing there . It just came up again as a blocked call today.. and yesterday. It was not ghe number I had as a contact for Everest or Everest 2020.

London call but not from the city sounded as if from India.
SCAM recorded message saying from my Bank that 2 amounts in my bank account and to call them by pressing certain numbers etc!!! Didn’t of course and put the phone down. I only answered as it was from my area, Oxford! They have tried before about 6 months ago. Be careful.
