Scam - Robotic voice recording claiming to be from British Telecom advising my telephone line about to be disconnected, that I should return the call right away. I did not return the call.

SCAM This organisation is impersonating NCA (National Crime Agency). They then managed to trigger the Amazon reset password text message and pressured me to give me that code to them, presumably so that they could take control of my Amazon account. I was called by someone calling himself "Yogi" allegedly from Carphone Warehouse and I renewed my contract through him with Vodafone. The incentive being a substantial cash back deal. The cheques never appeared and Vodafone do not know anything about the deal (so they say). Vodafone are refusing to honour the deal and I have reported them to trading standards and the communications commission as they are saying they cannot see on their system who renewed the contract.
