Received call on my landline phone. Asked the man what it was he was selling. Said he wasn't selling anything. Didn't catch any company name. Talked on and on and sounded like or getting into financial stuff. Couldn't understand what he was going on about. Told him twice I was not interested and I put the phone down. Tedious.

Melville consultants visited my company saying they could appeal and reduce our business rates. The person who visited was Peter John. He said they could put in an appeal, no charge, but if appeal accepted then they would charge to complete the appeal and send in a surveyor. After researching it turns out anybody can put an appeal it takes a few minutes -the whole thing is a complete scam avoid at all costs. Got a call from this number this morning and they actually left a message - however I couldn't understand what they said as the woman was speaking in a foreign language... added to blocked list.
Keeps calling every few weeks wanting to speak to the owner about legal business matters. Told to e-mail any details to see if we are interested, but then hangs up.

This number has called me twice a day for the last week. When i finally answered a rude man with a heavy accent asked me to answer questions for him. I said i no and to remove me from list and he begged me to answer. Again i refused and he hung up on me. Very rude and now blocked.
