Seems to be used for some telemarketing call center - this range of numbers 20813338xx (common feature, they use more numbers of the same range) is mostly reported with Indian call centre reporting as Traffic Management - usual PPI / road accident claims. 30 Oct 2021 - Called telling me I have a Royal mail parcel held money in a depot on “North Road” in north London. I live nowhere near there. A fake postcode (N7HH) was also quoted. Wanted my email address and £1.50 for admin fee. Said no and hung upReply
SCAM Automated voice saying they were HMRC phoning to advise that I was the subject of some fraudulent activity and advised me to press 1. They said that if I didn't press 1 and did not get connected, the Police would come to arrest me immediately.

Possible SCAM / SPAM - this man called saying he was the allocated shopper for my sister and that he had a box of 32 items for her. Accent difficult to understand. My sister already has someone allocated to do her shopping so checked with the council who have no record of him. It may be genuine but people need to take care.
