Scam. I use to work for vodafone, and the first thing i asked after he started talking was " who is your line manager?" "And what system am i on". He freaked out and try come back but not a chance. As for the question providing you managers name should be a problem, unless you are a scammer and it takes you 5-6 seconds to invent a name, secondly vodafone has 2 systems that are being used in the company and it s a very simple to answer this question for a vodafone person. Called them back loads of times this morning (using 141 prefix) to ask if they would like to make a PPI claim, buy double glazing, have their PC virus fixed.
Looks like a scam message from HMRC.

Called twice regarding a collision I never had. Got a bit uppity when I said I didn't know what she was talking about. Asked not to call again, but they did the following day!
