This number called this morning and the recorded message must have started before the answerphone greeting had finished with the result that I only got a very small part of the message left. I can see why this has received negative feedback, after you get past the first idiot whose only job is to get money no matter what you will get transferred to BT, I made them aware of the situation which will go through to their customer support. Like everything this service is out sourced so treated like debt collectors. Not SCAM, so all ok as of Sept 26th 2016

This is British Gas, appears to be a call centre which rings on what appears to be a local call
