Indian accent man, all he did was asking me yes/no questions... like, are you ____? is ____ your postcode? have you got a mortgage? are you happy with your bank? After I replied to his questions he said ok have a lovely day an hung up... which I found weird. Unfortunately, it was until he hung up that I realised he might have been recording my yes/no answers to use this for any sort of identity fraud or scam... 02392 910896 number called saying he (indian sounding - and partially broken english) was from Sky (my ISP) asking if I noticed flucktuating BB speeds. I said no, and he went on to tell me why they were. Argued that they wern't.
