Everyone can relax. I just called the PO Helpline and a very helpful, patient and pleasant lady told me that this *is* a legitimate POTelephones offer. They are offering a bill reduction for long-term customers, a sort of loyalty bonus. I got the number of their helpdesk off of my latest bill, so *that* is almost certainly legitimate. I have looked it up on these sort of websites and it either comes up as a parcel force scam or BT text messaging.
