It seems to be the start of the open pest phone calls season - I haven t answered the phone for 3 years now and have a peaceful life - except for the phone ringing. Why does the government not make this constant harassment illegal? Freedom of speech is OK to a certain extent as we have seen in recent years religious pests but surely the recipient is entitled to a quite life.

Rang at 6.30pm - I didn t recognise number so let ansafone take it - they didn t leave a message.
