A guy with an Indian accent and poot English spoke but I simply hung up as I have never, ever had any dealings with the RBOS in my entire life so there is no reason for them to call. Called my call centre claiming to be open reach(BT) network in area needs to discuss. When I called them back did not want to say why they were calling and did not announce who they were. BT would have done. Once pressed for details they hung up so I d say they are scammers and not to be trusted. But that is just my view.
