The phone rang for about 2 seconds, before I could answer, they hung up. I googled the number, then got the results that it's been searched over 250 times, so it's obviously a scam. I've created a contact on my phone called "Don't answer", adding all these numbers into it.

Puzzled, I called it back, only to get a recorded message saying it was a research agency.
