Unallocated number so definitely a scammer. These calls use spoofed numbers but originate outside the UK. The scammers can spoof any number they want. They ransom dial number...

They knew my full name, address details, and obviously had my phone number, but when the conversation turned to my financial details.......smelt a rat!
