I was pleasantly surprised when I received a call from them, as I realized that I had submitted an enquiry on their website earlier. The lady on the call reminded me of this and I was able to recall it. I am extremely satisfied with the service I received from them and have already recommended them to my friends and family. It was a recorded message with a very polite womans voice stating she was from bank security advising that there was two suspicious transactions from my account one was £300 pound from Amazon and the other was a card transaction from abriad of £1300. The recorded message then asked me to press ONE to speak to an advsor. I hung up the phone immediately and called 1471 the call was timed at 1345 hrs on 26-01-2023,

Appears to be a phishing call. I answered and an automated voice just said "goodbye" and the call ended. This typically is an attempt to have you call the number back for any number of reasons, typically non of which are good.
The phone number is for an investment company and is spam trying to get you to join there messenger group
Answered the call but no one answered back, then I may have heard a sorry before line went dead. this has happened twice now so I am blocking the number.
SCAM Automated message allegedly from "Bank Authorisation Department" re two claimed charges on my Mastercard account of £300 via Amazon AND £1100 from a "gambling site in California", invitation to press 1 to take some action over the charge and press 2 to speak to someone. Asian woman said her name was Carol (as if) told me I lived at a house I moved from in 2015. Asked who I had life insurance with and started arguing with me when I told her that's none of her business. She kept repeating aviva, bupa, sunlife is your life insurance with those.
