I could hear background noise, and foreign language speakers chatting in the background. Highly likely a scam, just auto dialling a list of numbers in their database.

I booked a male stripper in York from this number last weekend I got what looked like a generated curtesy text a few days later asking for feedback and had not saved the number so had to research and yes its called UK Strippers and Kissograms and I think based in or near York

Certainly not located in Manchester and it is a private number not linked to anyone but the holder of this phone number. Not used for scam calling or other criminal activities, I know this as it's my personnel phone number.

This number called me this morning 10.02 am. Obvious scam, claiming to be from EE retaining department. If you google the number it comes up as a Noodle bar in London. The guy on the call couldn't stop stumbling over his words when I called him out on things and then laughed at me when I said I knew it was a scam.
