A foreign sounding man introduced himself as John Parker and said I was due for refund of bank charges. I gave him my dob (I recently claimed charges and for a second thought it was genuine.)I would never give bank details and said so. I just said Lloyds bank(not true).He said his boss will phone me today. They called this morn and I didn t answer. Dreading the phone ringing now and worried giving my dob was a dangerous thing. He didn t swear but got more impatient as the call went on.

This number rang twice within 15 mins. they didn't speak English but they knew our name.

Online search indicates that, back in 2017, it was one of many numbers for the DVLA.

This number has called my house ten times in the last two days - and that is just when I am in! No-one ever speaks and there is no message left. I am on CPS but it makes no difference. Surely it should be possible to do something about these people.

Keeps ringing me every day while I m in USA

I ve received a call on my mobile phone today from 0161 939 0236 telling me that I ve had a loan and I m entitled to a refund plus interest because I was mis sold the loan. In the first place neither my husband or myself have had a loan from our bank or on any credit card. The caller went on to name all the credit cards that I could own and from any bank (naming banks) that I may have had a card or loan from. This automated service calls my number approx.once or twice a week. The call asks for a named person who I never heard of and requests a call back. After I hang-up I have noticed when I then lift my phone to use Iam still connected to this number. I dont no how to stop this caller.

Just had a call from this number, saying they were from the Debt Support Group and that I was due to reduce my outstanding payments on my debt!! When I told them that they were incorrect as I had no debt and I asked where they got my details from, they put the phone down. It really annoys me that these people have not got the decency to tell you where they received the information and give you the chance to ask them to remove your details from their database. Grrrrr!!!!
