Usual daily call - we don t answer and they just go "Hello? Hello?" to the answering machine. Can hear other people in the background doing the same thing. Boring and a waste of their time and ours.

This call came about half an hour after the last, and was easily recognisable because of the usual crackling. Ew, just got a call from them. They just small talked me for a bit and when I said I was busy and hung up, the manager called me back! I cut him off, told him to not call again, and hung up. Hopefully they leave me alone and don t continue to call as others on here have said.

Big fraud company. needs to be reported. I was promised to get reduction in rates aand kept calling me to pay for work carried out to reduce my rates. I thought probably were genuine and paid £400. after few days got letter,says appeal has been unsuccessfull. I wish i had seen the reviews. This company needs to be reported to fraus office.

I was cold called and told that as I was under 65 and drawing a deferred company pension I was entitled to a £1,000 pound payment. I asked who this was calling and all they would say was The helpline . I told them that I was registered with Telephone Preferences and that I should not receive such calls. I further told them to remove my name from their database.
