Delay in answering phone, computerised voice says they know I ve been in an accident so I responded yes and asked them to take me off the call list when an actual person answered. She was rude and slammed the phone down.

They said I had been involved in a traffic accident which I have not so I hung up. Confusing because it was an 01260 number which is my exchange so I thought it might be someon...

Received two missed calls but when I rang back the number was not recognised

I was conned out of ?180 under the pretence of a date paying ?400! This was cancelled and I m now being fobbed off!!! How do I get a refund??!!

They have called me five times in the last hour even though i have ignored the call each time

I was called by someone calling himself "Yogi" allegedly from Carphone Warehouse and I renewed my contract through him with Vodafone. The incentive being a substantial cash back deal. The cheques never appeared and Vodafone do not know anything about the deal (so they say). Vodafone are refusing to honour the deal and I have reported them to trading standards and the communications commission as they are saying they cannot see on their system who renewed the contract. Everest keep calling our land-line depite me telling them the people who they are asking for moved out of our address some 16 years ago. It gets really annoying I have not given them my name I just tell them they have got the wrong number.

Called them back loads of times this morning (using 141 prefix) to ask if they would like to make a PPI claim, buy double glazing, have their PC virus fixed.

Call centre. Did not speak when i answered. Dialled it back but doesn't take incoming calks. So the usual telephone pests
