However I do know that once connected to your computer they can lock you out unless you make payments to them. SCAM me thinks. They offered me a 40% discount on my EE bill. I checked with EE and its a scam, nothing to do with EE. They ask some personal questions (which i refused to answer) then send a generic email, Subject 'EE Upgradation' (im not even sure that's a word, is it) saying Welcome to EE, etc, etc. I hung up and suggest you do the same.
Fraud says we are suspending you national insurance number due to criminal activity i put the phone down before they could finish have been phone by this number before with the 07446 but different ending and different scams they are now using mobile phone number to catch you out avoid picking up
