Call center: Lady saying she wanted to ask questions about my general household. The line was awful and I couldn't understand what she was asking me. I believe she may have said something about my washing machine, but can't be 100% certain. I put the phone down as she was too hard to understand and the line was very quiet.

28 Nov. 2022 (17:33) a chap with Indian accent called me claiming to be from BT to say that my computer may have been compromised and that he could check that for me if I switched it on and he ran a quick check. SCAM. The caller said she was calling from MalwareBytes and asked how we are 'looking after our Internet security'. Very heavy Indian accent and when I suggested I was not interested - after several attempts, she just hang up. Not the behaviour of a professional sales rep. The offered the usual 'tech support'!
