SCAM This organisation is impersonating NCA (National Crime Agency). Scenario: Someone used my identity at the Wales border so they needed to check with me my personals details otherwise my NIN bank account etc will be freeze by them. Apparently this is the Energy Advice Team and I thought this company were just cold calling me. I soon realised that they were just responding to my application regarding an air source heat pump and solar pv panels on either Facebook or Instagram. They are actually a very friendly and knowledgeable company.

A recorded message informed me that some fairly large debits had been made on my Barclaycard account and that I should press '1' immediately. (I didn't do so.) Checked my Barclaycard account and there is no sign of any such debits. I therefore concluded this was a scam.

Fraud 07793889491 Scam pre-recorded voice call pretending to be from Mobile Service Provider (does not mention which one) regarding service termination due to unpaid bills. Obviously a complete SCAM again, probably of Indian origin, as they are using robotic voice pre-recording. Definitely should be BLOCKED and REPORTED.
