Like everyone above we bought the space bags after seeing them advertised on TV. We paid for them and didn t think about them again until today when they took ?99.99 out of our bank account with no warning, no brochure, no anything really. It s a scam and I would tell everyone you know to avoid this product at all costs. We re lucky enough to have been able to get our money refunded but I m sure that s not the case for everyone.
Automated/Silent call. One of a series of calls from mobile numbers starting 077 in the space of a few days. Answered first call, where automated voice said "Your Amazon Prime membership has just been renewed at a cost of £79.99. If you want to cancel this payment, press 1". Rude and abrupt and end calls by hanging up on you if you don t give them the info they want... They try to bypass the gate-keeper by saying they are government based or whatever rubbish they spout! They are a building rate lowering company...

Was from a Gary Walker claiming to be from my insurance company. In actuality it was from The Cotswold Group who are Private Investigators for insurance companies. This nows seems to be standard practice when making a claim and another method for insurance companies to try and get out of reimbursing you. I have been told by an insurance company that they use a phone based lie detector, which is completely useless. Lie detectors are not admissible in court because their results are not consistent.

.Harassing Cold call . Trying to sell roof insulation. Do I buy from harassing cold callers??? Nope! Knew our name and address. Asked him where he got details - said from database but could not say what. Told him should at the minimum his company should be vetting against telephone preference service. Asked him to remove our details from his database to comply with current GDPR rules. Kept him talking for a good 10 minutes to stop him harassing others during that time
