Repeated calls that hang up when answered I am ex directory and registered with telephone preference service find them threatening

The Caller is Fast Track PPI Claims which is a Company involved in handling PPI Claims. They are genuine - I used a link on Facebook to their site to request a pack, which I got within a few days. They keep calling because I am yet to fill out the paper work (Decided to do it myself)

Received an unsolicited call from this company regarding making a claim for PPI insurance payback

Called back and was kept on hold for over 5 minutes - hung up.

This number called me, women knew my name, then when I confirmed it (stupidly!) she hung up!!

They rang our landline and asked to speak to the BT broadband account holder. I said I was the broadband user and then they put the phone down on me. So I have blocked the number.

Called but left no message in response to my "this number blocks withheld and unrecognised numbers" message, but it is clear from the numerous other reports that it is a standard Indian "Your commputer is infected" criminal fraudster. What surprises me is that many people do not seem to realise that the number displayed is spoofed and that the call actually comes from an Indian criminals call centre. Very rude and persistent caller, they call themselves Green Shield. I have reported them to TPS. I will wait to see if that does any good.
