I asked who this was calling and all they would say was The helpline . I told them that I was registered with Telephone Preferences and that I should not receive such calls. I have had a number of missed calls from this number and decided to check it out online, as when I call it back there is no voicemail and it just disconnects. It was a female caller with (what sounded like) a Chinese accent. She said she was calling on behalf of Telephone Preference Service.
