This seems to be some good working money trap, similar numbers are reported as robocalls, fake wins, scam offers (in most cases some financial offers). For sure some general call centre. Ticketmaster recorded message about changes to a concert I have tickets for.
SCAM Washing machine scam again, pertaining to be from Reliable Appliance Repairs. They were insistent that they would set me up a cheaper repair contact than others but couldn't send me the paperwork until they had my bank details. On phoning back the number I get an automated message saying they called earlier for marketing purposes but were unable to contact me. Seems they just don't want to be contacted.
