They required access to my computer to check my email settings, started looking in other places, then told me I had trojans that would not be stopped by an anti-virus and tried to sell me 'protection' . I felt uncomfortable & pulled the plug immediately but too late. Gut called me 20 mins later very abusive. Over £100 to fix damage
