I believe this number was used on a scam email purporting to be from BT asking me to update my profile or I would be cut off.
My wife started texting a customer from her work, as it started to increase I asked her what it was all about? She told me that he was upset because a mutual friend of ours would not go out with him b/c she was all ready in a relationship with me. I let it go at the time. This number called just before 7.00pm saying I owed approx £86 for Amazon. When I redialled the number it said not recognised.
Fraud - claimed to be welsh government doing a survey on employment but the gov know my household is not employed due to sickness and being a full time carer The only companies are HMRC and DWP you should speak to, and they rarely call you without a letter to inform. Or, a letter reccomending to call them to resolve an issue. DO NOT TRUST. They will try collecting personal information.

There was a call from this number to my mobile number. The line was awful but there was someone on the other end with a strong Asian accent, which added to the bad line, I couldn't understand a word they were saying. It's a Garstang number and I don't know anyone or aware of any business in that area, so presume the call was a possible scam call.

Received an automated call from this number today on my landline, saying there were 2 suspicious transactions on my card one on Amazon, and the other for a International Money Transfer. Press 1 to accept, or 2 to Talk. Suspect call, as mentioned no customer name or bank name, and usually the landline is not used for any such services. Nevertheless checked with Banks. No such information being processed.
