Rang my phone several times eventually I answered after reading other comments. Knew my name and postcode and wanted to know what make of mobile I was using. Would not say who they where or why they wanted to know. When questioned became very aggressive and said they would keep ringing every day until I told them. Blocked

Nasty pieces of work. It is nasty people from Unite, that so-called trade union who are notorious in the (TV and radio) news for selling out clients to 3rd parties, colluding with employers of their own membership, and selling s**t like stannah stair lifts, private health insurance, Unite s own credit card, enhanced legal services for divorces, deaths of kids and other stuff nobody asked for. They hang up, when challenged for their surnames and call centre location.

Turns out it's a company called Florist-world.com that took 2 euro from her account then took 24 euro every 2 weeks. I finally found emails from them in her spam folder, they'd somehow managed to get hold of her debit card number and were taking 24 Euro every 2 weeks, the last email said that amount was increasing to 44 Euro. This unknown number has been calling me for days before I got the chance to finally answer. I didn t understand the man s name nor from which company he was calling, but he said something to the effect that I d get a refund for the bank charges I allegedly paid over the past few years. He then asked me about some personal information that he needed for the transaction. Seems like a scam - I wouldn t answer and just hung up.

The number looked suspicious, and an on line search suggested that it was a scam call judging by the frequency with which the first 5 digits were used. I did not answer.
Recorded voice sais that my National insurance number was involved in fraud. Yeah right. Hung up then and blocked the number.
Continuously calling until I eventually answered. Mumbled the company name so that I couldn t catch it before launching into his script. Wanted me to complete a household preference survey which they would sell on, creating more nuisance phone calls. I always refuse.
