Said he was from UK Accident Airwise (not sure about this, asks him to repeat it 3 times but his accent made it hard to understand) Services. Assuming from all the comments on here, it sounds like it is Vodafone trying to get hold of the owner of all new phones to either check the service is ok or to check something else.
