I phone Lloyds (PhoneBank) number to be told that this number belongs to the Lloyds Credit Card Collection department (I had missed a payment due to personal circumstances) and they wanted their money. Like most people, I am suspicious of individuals whose language skills are a lot less than mine and have a heavy accent. Second time they called I asked how they know my name and I told them to take my details off their list as I googled their no and I know they are fraud. He became very very rude and hang up on me.
