As for the question providing you managers name should be a problem, unless you are a scammer and it takes you 5-6 seconds to invent a name, secondly vodafone has 2 systems that are being used in the company and it s a very simple to answer this question for a vodafone person. Caller says he can appeal our business rates and save money. Howver a google search shows Melville consulting is a scam operator that lodges the appeal online, which anybody csn do, thrn charges £700 after which they do nothing. Same phone number also brlobgs to Webster and Long. Avoid. In most cases there is no chance of rates reduction. Its easy to check on .gov site the rates details for your property.
