Automated voice claiming that my National Insurance number and bank account have been suspended. It said that I had been involved in criminal activity and that I was compelled by the department to press 1. I didn't press 1. after 5 seconds, the call was cut off.

We got a call from this number at 2.20am which woke us up with a fright. Recorded message saying ‘Can you hear me?’ And no response when sleepily replied. Really annoying - couldn’t get back to sleep afterwards for hours. No idea what the purpose of it was.
MOT reminder! In principle that is a good idea, but I have repeat missed calls at least 2 a day, when the phone never actually rings just leaves a missed call message with the 0345 number! Do they expect me to call them to find out why they called. If it is MOT reminder, just text me don t repeat call, that is aggressive advertising!
