Scam. Claims to be from HSBC trying to warn me about an unauthorised payee request. Honestly, as if times aren't hard enough without these scum bags trying to steal from working people. Lazy too as it comes from a normal mobile number. They should be ashamed of themselves on several levels. Lazy, thieving and incompetent. I don't know which one is worse.

Fraud SCAM Called me pretending to be from Amazon saying that someone had ordered an iPhone on my account. They then managed to trigger the Amazon reset password text message and pressured me to give me that code to them, presumably so that they could take control of my Amazon account. I soon realised that they were just responding to my application regarding an air source heat pump and solar pv panels on either Facebook or Instagram. They are actually a very friendly and knowledgeable company.
