As above an Indian chap who said that his name was Jasper, we sometimes get called 20 times a day, he says that he is from Microsoft calling as they have noticed some issues with my operating system. I let him go on for a while, he wanted me to sign in and let him take control of my pc, I then said that I was a licensed Microsoft engineer and the line went dead immediately.

Scammer. Jasmine claimed to be from EON calling about smart meters from 08085015200, but my phone data confirmed the actual number she called from was 02922229992. When challenged she simply claimed "that is odd" but could not explain it. She was unable to advise whether RF filtering and VPN protection were provide on the smart meters, and could not confirm who paid for the cost of the smart meter connection.
