Various numbers starting with 02394 have called since 29 March 2023 Conversations include: "This is not a Marketing call, blah, blah" "Survey of Loft insulation, blah,blah" "When first caller was asked where speaker was calling from, answer was "The Phillipines"(Sp ?) SCAM or fraud. I was called by this number it was an automated call. Said calling from I'm sure it said Aviva fraud or something department. Re 2 payments made 1 to Amazon & 1 to somewhere else. So to confirm them by pressing 1 I did not do that & after 10 seconds or so it went dead. I only have insurance home/ contents & car with Aviva but done through a good insurance broker. I have no credit cards nothing to do with payments from Aviva to anywhere. I feel 100% this was a fraudulent/ scam

Some pre recorded computer voice voicemail message (I don't answer any number I don't know) something it said "case which is going to be filed against you our letter got returned please press one to avoid legal actions I" then it cut off. Blocked the number especially as its a mobile number.. Hate the sickos that do this especially as someone who suffers with severe anxiety what is wrong with the people that do this..

They claimed to be from my bank (VM money was Yorkshre Bank) to ask me about potential fraud on my card. (£52 on Argos in Aberdeen) I was supicious when they got agressive when I didn't know my banking paswword and I said I would have to call them back. I called the fraud number I have in my phone (0800 121 4251) and they confirmed it wasn't them that called me before. The chap on the actual fraud line also said that the real bank won't ask for any part of or all your internet banking password EVER!
