Calling that 0800 number says they are Stellar a partner of BT, and to call BT on 0800 028 2272. Don t bother if you aren t on BT. They ll tell you "you aren t on BT, we have no record of you!". They then asked did the person who caused the accident stop and apologize? , I said no they didn t, well they stopped, but didn t accept liability if that s what you mean!
