called said was from my bank wanted to spak to me about one of my accounts caled back using 141 just rang out no reply
Said that because they’d refunded an overpayment that my account may show in arrears and I may receive an automated letter due to this error. They will remove it but wanted to let me know that they may not be able to stop the letter. If they’re making this many calls for this reason they should probably just have sent an email to everyone!

I got called by this number at 18:07. The line was silent and when I hung up it called again. A quick search suggested it was Barclays Bank. An odd time of day for a bank to call! I contacted Barclays via their app for a live text chat. The operator assured me it was a Barclays number and not a scam. Scam call starting with automated message about suspicious VISA transactions. I selected the option to talk to someone. They could not explain who they represented, and started asking for my details. When I asked them to verify who they were, they hung up.
Do not have anything to do with this company my elderly mother was conned out of ?149.99 by them pretending to be British gas that was back in January . Several phone calls and letters later and still not recieved any money back. Please beware do not answer your phone.
