A lady (she was no lady) called me today (19/04/18) saying my tariff was about to go out of contract and had I received the new contract, which of course I hadn't. She didn't give me her name or the company she was representing. I ended the call, she then rang me back and left me the most rude message, it was so rude it was laughable. I run my own business and would be horrified if I though any of my staff members spoke to or left messages how I was left today. I rang my electricity company, who confirmed t

To which the caller became very irate and asked for further info, I put the phone down and actually phoned Barclays customer service who confirmed this number does not belong to any barclaycard department!
