Vanquis Bank are sneaky and use lots of different telephone numbers to trick you into answering. For your convenience, I have listed many of the telephone numbers that they use below. If you answer calls from these numbers you may be charged for Debt Management so buy a BT8500 and stop all of these calls easily. Claiming to be from HMRC pursuing criminal charges, left phone number for callback. SCAM, reported to HMRC.

Said that because they’d refunded an overpayment that my account may show in arrears and I may receive an automated letter due to this error. They will remove it but wanted to let me know that they may not be able to stop the letter. If they’re making this many calls for this reason they should probably just have sent an email to everyone!

Received a text from Natwest, verify recent payments. Another text from 07860020323, saying SOLETRADER 98 & THE IDLE MAN CO tried to use my card at 0.33am, 0.36am and 0.39am, I had to text Y or N back, I text N then they tried to call me back. I checked on my bank s homepage for fraud, spoke to a man asking if I had heard of them, so the bank has now put a stop on my card. Thank you Natwest.
