This seems to be some good working money trap, similar numbers are reported as robocalls, fake wins, scam offers (in most cases some financial offers). For sure some general call centre. Call from Paki Pete of BT saying that there was a problem with my computer and very aggressively demanded my credit card number! When I told Paki Pete that I pay by direct debit and that I did not believe he was from BT he then said he was from Microsoft!
This number seems to be used for a classical telemarketing, or it is a directly some general call centre. They usually work for some third company and call with offer of some goods or services for the actual company they were hired for. In this case the number is mostly reported in connection with Three Mobile, could be also calling in the name of another telco operator... Just a call centre.
