I answered and he hung up after saying something I didn't quite hear seemed surprised I answered I've had 4 calls from this number when trying to ring it back to see who it was unknown number response I would say scam number now blocked

Automated call saying there is a £79 charge outstanding on my Amazon account push reply to remove this charge & cancel the payment. Obviously I just hung up as it’s a very well known scan & if reply had been selected it would most likely have connected to a high premium number

This company uses Voxbone SA (now called bandwidth) services to route calls from scammers. this is just one of many telephone numbers i have had call me trying to scam me and i receive up to six per day for the past few weeks. At the beginning I politely told them that i was not interested requesting them to take my number off their call list and now its straight FO. Sorry for generalising it but it usually an Asian woman or man.

Gentleman with a northern accent claiming to be our towns child safety officer Telling us how we'd signed up to a child safety booklet to go to our local schools. Claim to be from BT Openreach about issues with our router. Shame we’re not with that company. She kept insisting that even though we weren’t with them she needed to tell us about these issues with her router. When I challenged her about the fact that it was a scam and how could she live with herself and that BT had nothing to do with our router and couldn’t see our router she stuck to her guns that she was legit and needed to tell us what was happening with our router. I just hung up.

SCAM Fraud Call center Just called me claiming to be from Sky, wanting to speak to me about my Broadband. When I told them I know this is a Scam call, as I don't have Sky Broadband, they hung-up, so obviously a scammer. It was an Indian-sounding woman, from a call centre, so could well have been coming from India etc, with the number spoofed / redirected to blocks of UK numbers being resold to places like that.
