I had not one but 2 bogus calls from the same company today - first of all told them to F*** off and hung up - an hour or so later the rang again and I let them think they were ...

asked my name and how i was, told them i was at work and he hung up on me - i shall be blocking immediately!

Gentleman had the wrong name and was talking about my existing life insurance policy asked him to remove my number was told this isn t a sales a call its a review of my life insurance policy they did not work for my policy holder as they know to contact me on a different number and normal communication is via email but the simple fact is they are working of old information using my wifes maiden name for my surname really clever

I am registered with TPS and would never consider buying from a company that refuses to respect that request for privacy. Apart from anything else, a lack of respect for the law in this one respect suggests they may be less than law abiding in others (e.g. building regulations!). Reports on other "nuisance call" sites confirm this firm is best avoided.

Microsoft ringing me about my computer. A scam..... when I asked them to cut to the chase and describe to me what was the exact scam they were trying to drop on me, they rang off. Strange....LOL

Don t bother picking up it is just a plain scam and definitely do not call them back as it can either cost you a lot of money or take away your remaining credit you have on your phone! hope this comment helped! :)

Automate voice call asking if I had been in an accident. I have not authorised them to call me and am registered with TPS.

This is a delivery service company working on behalf of The White Company and other retailers.

Three times today (8 June 2017) this number has rung me and when I answer the line goes dead.

calls from Scunthorpe hospital will show up as 01724 290000.

i got the smae issue I have been given the number when I attended the ASDA reddish interview.

I have received 3 calls per day, from various numbers across the UK, following an accident in November (6 months). They all know my registration number, and date of accident, enough to pretend they are working on behalf of my insurer. THEY ARE NOT!

Receiving calls about boiler replacement every couple of days and I am now about to put it on my Truecall machine. The best ?100 I ever spent. I seldom get nuisance cals these days but as soon as I have time I Google them to check authenticity, then put them on the Truecall if not trusted. I am hard of hearing, most know this and I seldom get calls now unless important.

This is the second message I have had left on my answerphone from this number. The caller asks for someone called Mr Spence and asks him to contact the number. This person is ...

Tries to get out personal information and is properly harrasibg. Do have an very outdated information.

I get so many of these calls - it s a nightmare frankly. I always try to discover who makes these calls but it seems this is a new one. I didn t answer so I m not able to help. If they ring again I ll try to get information in order to categorize them.

Phoned to say we are BT, and we are replacing your copper wires to fibre in your area, as soon as I said we already have fibre to the premises, they hung up, suspected scam call.

They are using a stolen name of a registered company which they do not own and are infringing on a UK trademarked name which they also do not own.
