Smiths glass/window company are the absolute worst company I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with. Since trusting them to supply & fit new Windows (they couldn t even measure correctly so bad decision) they have rung numerous times to try and sell us some more shoddy gear. We tried being polite and explaining we would not use their services again even if it were free to eventually resorting to shouting at them down the phone, but still they ring!
