Ring once and put phone down. When I answered second time, I could hear a baby crying in an office?! Then the phone when down!

Automated message pertaining to be contacting me about suspending my National Insurance number due to illegal activity. Claimed it was time sensitive that I speak to them urgently to avoid having assets frozen and being arrested! Awful message!!
Positive number
when I answer a call from this number, they automatically dial another number which I would no doubt have to pay for if I did not hang up immediately. I hope these kind of calls can be stopped. I have, in the past, been called by the same method and have been charged for a premium rate number.
