An Indian lady saying she us calling from BT about my Landline & internet connection . Then tries to confirm my name by saying my fathers name { passed away nearly four years ago } . On informing them that the person doesn't live here the phone was put down . I'm not with BT either . My Location Leicestershire Called on Thursday at 10.10 Block and report these scammers .

Called again about ten minutes ago confronted them about this and they were very aggressive towards me said there company is professional and wouldn t do such things. .Harassing Cold call . Trying to sell roof insulation. Do I buy from harassing cold callers??? Nope! Knew our name and address. Asked him where he got details - said from database but could not say what. Told him should at the minimum his company should be vetting against telephone preference service. Asked him to remove our details from his database to comply with current GDPR rules. Kept him talking for a good 10 minutes to stop him harassing others during that time
