This is a call from a very thick Chinese guy who speaks poor English. He keeps on insisting that you answer some lifestyle questions. When you refuse he will hang up and call back the next day. If you ask him to remove your number from their database he will hang up. It is from Today s Living Marketing Survey. Phoned twice. No message left. Permanently goes to answering machine when you call back and doesn t inform you who the company is. Treat as phone SPAM. Don t know why they are calling, they don t say.
SCAM / SPAM Appears to be a banking scam. Received a text message saying that I had successfully paired a new device and should click on a link if I hadn’t recently paired a new device. The link is to a fake Halifax website which asks for login details. I phoned the Halifax and they told me it was a scam. The worrying thing is that they knew my name, number and that I bank with the Halifax! Beware!!

This comany called to tell me that I had downloaded a malicious file and it was slowing my computer down. Well, despite my undouting that this was scam call, my computer has actually been slow, so I thought I d humor myself and listen to what they had to say... they asked me to press the windows key on my keyboard, when I told the that I had a mac, they hung up haha!

Silvershine Services. 4 calls in 48 hrs all from Leicester based numbers. Call starts off with an automated voice asking about accident details. After answering yes and giving brief details, I am put through to a human being. Despite telling them on NUMEROUS occasions now that I DO NOT wish to receive these call, they still persist. Asking them to remove your number just results in the person you re speaking to ending the call. Reported to ICO
